Halong Bay cruise -2 nights on Dragon Pearl -average price?
Tonkin Travel is recommending Dragon Pearl as the cruise to take for Halong Bay. They quoted me $450 total for a 2 person cabin and the price includes meals, etc. This will be 2 nights. Is price reasonable?
Other recommendations?

On Dragon Pearl's own website, the price is $480, so I guess it's a little bit of a discount.

Yes, I think that's a good price. Another agency has it at $498. I can't find our own 2-night quote, but for one night it was $250 for two people. Note that this includes transfer by bus, not private car. Dragon's Pearl gets good reviews.

Thank you both for your responses. I took your suggestions and have decided to use Tonkin Travel -they have been great in responding to my emails and tweaking our itinerary.

please check whether it is included transportation or not? and check Indochina Junk once again, because Dragon's Pearl is related Indochina Junk company.
If your price is included transportation and all meals, entrance fees, tour guide, kayaking.. I think it is quite good price
