Anyone know anything about this place. Is it a long way out of town?

It claims that the institute neighbours the Beijing West railway station - I can't put my hand on my Beijing map, I'm sorry, but a bit of searching should locate it.

I should have said that "neighbouring" is a flexible term, so check the location carefully. Cabs are very cheap, but traffic congestion can make for some slow trips.

Don't know exact location, but it's on Fuxing Road, which is the same as Chang An Road, the main East-West thoroughfare. It should be 5km due west from Tiananmen Square. The Beijing West station will be about 1km south of the hotel. Lots of new buildings in that area.
