I am looking to volunteer at an orphanage in Chiang Mai. I have read about some people's visits, but with no contact information or locations. Any information is greatly appreciated!!

The School for Life - contact info at www.joyshouse.net is one option that got a very good review here.

Both School of Life and Viengping do excellent work. I think you would have a wonderful time volunteering at either of them. School for Life is outside of the city of Chiang Mai (about 40 minutes by car) but I have a feeling you might have more "fun" volunteering there.
