Chiang Mai - Anyone took course at Thai Massage School?

Hello, I am thinking of taking a Thai massage course at the Thai Massage School in Chiang Mai before going on a tour to Vietnam next March.
Would love to have any feedback if possible of the school and the course.
Thanks in advance.

Teresa,

Do it! I took basic Thai massage classes there and it was definitely worth it. Everyone at the school is so kind. The experience was awesome and I love my new message skills!

Mhillenbrand, thnaks so much for your reply.
I was also thinking of taking the 3 day basic course but I am afraid it won't be enough to learn it. Do you think it's enough ? Do you fell at ease doing massages with the Basic?
A couple ofquestions: is it easy to go to the school from the center of Chiang Mai? I am thinking of staying in Tamarind Village.

Is lunch included in the price of the course?

Thanks again

Teresa

Forgot to ask one more thing! Did you have enough time to visit the sites in Chinag Mai on the days of the course? I don't know exactly how many days I should book my stay there.

I have just completed my 3-week massage course in Thai Massage School of Chiang Mai (TMC). It is really fun. I am not sure how a 3-day course structured but you should be able to learn most of the steps in 3 days as well.

The school provides transportation to and from school and vegetarian lunch is also provided.
