Cheaper way to buy airfare from Thailand
 

Thanks for this forum I have most of the info I need for my last minute travel to thailand/cambodia. But I have a question, is it cheaper to buy the bangkok airways fairs online or with a local travel agent?

If anybody knows, I will greaty appreciate it.

you can only buy the discovery pass from overseas...

generally i don't think the fares are cheaper on site....also the bkk air flts fill up very quickly....you may already be too late

You will occasionally find a special fare sale, but typically not for last minute travel. The air fares are the same in Thailand as on the website for Bangkok Air.

You can ask from the local agent or thai agent website that is quite cheaper than official airline website. As I know one website : hotelsguru.com , they are local agent in Thailand which also selling the air ticket but it is on request via e-mail. I have ever used once, the price is quite good.

So, if I buy in the bkk air website is good? There are tickets left.

Where can I get the disovery pass? rhkkmk said that it is only possible to buy it overseas? any travel agency?

You can only buy the Discovery Pass from Bangkok Air itself (call the toll-free number) and only from outside SE Asia. The Discovery Pass works only if you have at least three legs on Bangkok Air.
