May I ask if there is a bus service between Hoeengye Intercity bus stop and Gangneung?

When I look at Google Maps I find the Hoenggye-ri Intercity Bus Stop:

There is then a box (with link) that says "See Departure Board"

In that listing (there are many, many destinations), there are four departures that day to Gangneung Interctiy Bus Station.
