Bringing Home Recorded DVDs Into Singapore

I will soon be flying from the US to Singapore and plan to bring along a number of home recorded DVDs to view during the long airplane trip. The DVDs will contain American TV shows. Should I expect to have any problems when going through customs upon arrival in Singapore?

Just came from Sin today, for work.you will have no problem taking in DVD,s. Even taking them out,if you buy some, just not 20 of the same thing!

I think Singapore is a little worried about DVD piracy (though you can buy them there) but if you have any trouble with them anywhere, it will be when you get back to America.

They do have English language TV in Singapore.

Thanks to everyone for the feedback. I'm actually planning to watch all 24 episodes from the 5th series of the TV show "24".
