again the name of the hotel is: hotel @ MIT and it is at 20 sidney street, cambridge, ma...transportation is near-by...the meeting will be in sidney's restaurant....
all are welcome...currently we have over 20 people who plan to attend: MA, CT, IL, CA, NY are the states currently represented...
come bring pictures, etc and enjoy the banter...we all like to hear your experiences and learn for our future travels....

Bob is in charge of the entertainment. There will be an after-dinner speech by the manager of the hotel, followed by a time share presentaion for the airport Marriott. During dinner, jewelers and tailors will wander amongst the tables displaying their wares.

You guys have me rolling in the aisles! The Boston GTG will be one that is long remembered, I'm sure. Hope we will have video of the event...
Guenmai, I thought IL would be the farthest distance travelled to attend but you have me beat by a long shot. It will be great to meet you and all the other fodorites.

If Bob and I sit at the same table, it will be the "Aisle of Weight".

Bob and I don't want to mislead. Anything remotely humorous from either comes directly from a joke book that we share. Fortunately, it's quite thick and uses only small words. If we're demented, does that mean that at one time we were "mented" and have ceased being in that state? Bob's in Nantucket this weekend with the other movie stars. It's a side of him that he doesn't talk about with us common folk.

Kathie-we will miss you. I'd promise a moment of silence to commune with your spirit, but with Bob and I, that is highly unlikely. Maybe you cvould send a picture and we can give it a place at the table.

Kathie, so sorry you can't come. I was looking forward to meeting you and sharing my Borneo adventure with you. Oh well, I guess I'll share on Fodors for you. I promise to bring a bottle of good wine and we'll toast you with it, so keep your spirit in the neighborhood.

Yeah...Simpson...I'll be at both. I have a plane ticket...as of last Friday. Now I'm just waiting for Bill to throw together a Texas one! Hee...Ha...! By the way, I'm going to be in Texas the weekend before the Boston get together. I'm going to be quite jetlagged!I might be sitting at the table with one eye open and one eye closed...since I'll be on a redeye flight(12:30AM)...after having worked the same day of my departure. Oh, you mentioned something about a dog spa??? I don't know anything about a dog spa...that had to have been someone else. Happy Travels!
