BKK travel agent - Royal Exclusive Travel
 

I had a good experience with this travel agency. I found their website just searching online (www.royalexclusive.com), communicated with Ms. Nar via e-mail, and booked a hotel near the BKK airport for two separate stays, plane tickets from Bangkok to Siem Reap, and Bangkok to Chiang Mai, and a day trip from Bangkok to Ayuthaya. I faxed them my credit card info so that it didn't go over the web. I had separately booked a stay at the Riverside Marriott, and when I arrived there after midnight, the tickets and vouchers were waiting for me in the hotel's safe. Everything was correct. She had included a note with the exact time and place for me to meet the day tour, including which boat I should take from my hotel to get there in time, and that went off without a hitch. I was apprehensive about making these reservations over the internet but they did a good job (or at least, Ms. Nar did a good job) and I would use this travel agency again.

Royal Exclusive Travel is the same as Asia Voyage. Very complete and well designed website for travellers to Asia.

Ditto for me too! Great communicators. Fedexed train tickets to me. No problem. Used Ms. Thippawan (Ms. Thip).

I have used Ms. Nar at Royal Exclusive twice (once two years ago for a trip to Myanmar and once recently for a trip to Vietnam/Cambodia). I highly recommend her services.
