Hi -

Pretty much, you want to go at the cooler time of year. Thailand is very hot all year round but more tolerable between November-February.

Lynn

:-)
Much also depends on whether you're there for the scenery or the culture. Many of the events in Thailand occur during the wet season. To many Asians, rain is a blessing to be celebrated....

Sawasdee Cynthia
Next year Bangkok will be 220 years old, I have heard that there will be a major celebration, but haven't heard any project yet. So, it may be anytime you can join this. For myself, i think the best time for thailand is either the cold month of Nov to Jan, or the hottest April. Because 13th April is the traditional New Year, and it is going to be very fun nationwide.
Welcome to the Kingdom.
