Best guidebooks for SE Asia

Jump to last reply

We will be travelling in Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, spending around two weeks in each, so going on a well beaten tourist trail. Which are the best travel guidebooks? LP and the Rough Guides are always good, but sometimes something like the DK Insight guides give better info on things like temples. We are trying to strike a balance between weight and information. Thanks for any thoughts.
