Bangkok - Tours with Tong
I know that Tours with Tong are sometimes mentioned and recommended.
Just noticed this thread on TA...

Lancaster - we spent a day with Tong about 8 years ago (we did not go to tiger temple) and all that I can say is it was the most memorable day of our trip. We thought that tong was worth every penny. We rarely take tours, but what a wonderful experience we had with her.
