Bangkok Tailors

Help! Need info on tailors. My husband would like to have a dinner jacket and a suit made...and I would like to have some eveing dresses made. Any suggestions? Please give indication of prices if you have used the tailors/dressmakers. Thanks.

I wish I could remember how much I paid for everything, but I went to James Tailors in downtown bangkok and they made a jacket 2 vests, 2 pants, 2 shirts and threw in a bunch of ties. All in a few hours

waynehazel, How was the quality of your items (fit, stitching, etc.) if they took only a few hours to complete?? How many fittings did you require?? Thanks.. Ken

Jesse and Victor. I have been going there for 10 years. Superb in every regard. The locals (read...embassy personnel and expat businessmen) all go there.

I went in the morning, got one fitting and they delivered to me at the airport that night. I am thrilled with the stitching and fit of all items except the collar of one shirt could have been a little better.

But still quite wearable.
