The Thai restaurant in the Grand Hyatt across the road from Gaysorn is good. There is a fusion Thai type place called I think East something in Gaysorn which is decent. The Central food court - which is completely unlike a food court so don't judge by the name, is actually a great place for lunch - has good Thai.

Even if you don't eat there, make sure you take a look at the Food Court in MBK. It's amazing. We had a wonderful lunch for almost free. It wasn't delicate or sophisticated, but it was good.

nothing really in that area.. it's just full of big chain food outlets, food courts and some food stalls..

there may be something tucked away in siam sqare..

i think the thai rest. at the hyatt is on the 5th floor...haven't made it there yet but it gets good reports on this board...

in gaysorn there is a great international place called faces....its on the 2nd floor and is very good at either lunch or dinner...

take a cab to baan kahnitha on soi 23, sukhumvit rd...its the best...make a reservation however...

The Thai restaurant in the Hyatt has an order from the menu "buffet" that is a great way to try out lots of different Thai dishes.
