Well, that's a tough choice. All are great destinations. No matter which one you choose, with just six days, expect to get a small sample of the country.
I love Luang Prabang, Laos, and, personally, would spend all six days there. But you could fly to Vietienne for a day or two then spend the rest of your time in Luang Prabang.
If you opt for Cambodia, consider that the length of time it takes to see the major temples at Angkor is three days. If you love temples, you'd what your whole six day there (I spent a week and loved every minute). But you could combine a couple of days in PP with the temples at Angkor.
If you opt for VN, I'd recommend that you chose one city or area and do day trips. Hanoi is a good choice, as there is lots to do in the city as well as some special day trips to choose from (Perfume Pagoda, Halong Bay for example). Another option would be to go to central VN and visit Hue and Hoi An. HCMC is not as interesting as Hanoi in my opion, but you could do a two day trip to the Mekong Delta while you were there.
