nothing more can be done really in a 1/2 day tour with tong, but in a full day you can go to the "secret place" or to kantchburi to the bridge over the river kwai and there is a nearby elephant place...

I'll be in BKK until May 4, so we should try to have a mini get together (GTG) while we are both there. DS, bradinbangkok, will also probably be there at that time. I wonder who else might be in the city at that time. Maybe a new thread for a GTG should be started.

Most of the time when I email Tong in the evening (our time), she responds within the hour or so. Other times it may take her a couple of days but she usually does get back. If you already pre-paid and received your confirmation code..you're good to go!
