Bangkok GTG Spring, 2008???

hanuman hosted us at the bangkok royal sports club in the middle of bangkok today for a mini GTG...there were 7 in attendance....m/m rhkkmk, hanuman, brad/carol simpson, michaelbkk and wolfgang.....
we had a very pleasant time sitting in the shade looking out onto the green club grounds....lots of travel talk, but actually more talk about restaurants and thailand in general....no one was counting how many beers were downed on this hot afternoon....

btw, i spent most of the GTG defending gpanda from harsh criticism.....
one piece of info that surfaced also was that the 'AskO imposter' was in fact hanuman with some assistance from kathie....

Yes, thanks hanuman for putting together this GTG at your club. It was a perfect afternoon gathering.
It's always great to put names and faces together. Fodorites are a very diverse and interesting group of people.

Looks like a fun time, sorry I missed it guys.
I stayed longer in China then planned, and am currently in Phnom Penh. It's going to be hard leaving Phnom Penh because this place is truely amazing to me.
