We thought the cruise was a fun experience but didn't think the food was that great.

You decide ahead which dinner you want (seafood, vegetarian, regular or something like that). The meal consisted of many different dishes, way more than we could eat. After so much really good food in Bangkok, we found the food on the boat a bit bland. So I wouldn't go and expect excellent food. The boat is cool though! There are tables along both sides, open-air, so everyone has a good view. There were a few dancers and musicians onboard and that was nice. We enjoyed being out on a nice boat after dark, cruising down the river. It's not a party boat, but more of a relaxed, pleasant experience.

Has anyone recently done the Horizon Dinner Cruise Bangkok offered by the ShangriLa Hotel? If so how was the food?
