Bali honeymoon help

Hi there,
I'm trying to plan a romantic honeymoon in Bali for this September. We will be traveling there the first week of september, the weather should be nice then. Here's what we're looking for. We definitely want to have a private villa with a private pool. We are mainly looking for someplace that is very romantic, some place where there is a nice beach (maybe sunset) where we can go for walks alone and spend some time just relaxing. We might want to do some sightseeing and learn about the culture. We wouldn't mind if there was something to do at night but that’s not the main priority. We're looking to stay about 7 nights and our budget is around $300 a night.
I was looking into the Seminyak area, is this a good idea? How are the crowds there?

Can you please recommend some nice places that are close to what we are looking for.

Also can you recommend some site we can use to book the villa online. Are most of the site that have the honeymoon packages legit? is it safe to book with them?

Thanks for your help

I forgot to mention that it would be nice to have the little extras such as a driver, cook, butler, etc. But I'm not sure if my price range will accommodate for this.

thanks.

Take a look at Kipas Villas in Seminyak. This may suit.

villa montana might be good also

thanks for the suggestions.

Kipas Villa looks good.

@rhkkmk, we're looking for something closer to the beach and a villa with one bedroom would be ideal to save some money. We won't be needing the other bedrooms.

www.elloravillas.com have some excellent villas. I stay in their budget homestay in Sanur but a friend owns one of Ellora's villas in Sanur and they are very well maintained & excellent quality. Good luck.

This is a good site for villa "shopping."
http://www.seminyakvillas.net/

The important point after you've perused the photos and chosen a few likely contendors is to get a reference from someone who has ACTUALLY stayed there. Villa marketing has become homogenized and every sales agent uses the same come-ons. Some are accurate, some are not.

Personally I like the Petitenget area for access to beach, shopping, restaurants, clubs, spas and an overall low-key, but up-scale vibe. I don't personally recommend any villa or development, but I've heard good things about the Laksmana Villas.

Does anyone have any other suggestions or recommendations of villas at which they have stayed at? I planning to book everything next week. I would really appreciate the help.

Has anyone stayed at the Pradha Villas?
Would anyone recommend them?
I send them an email to enquire about a honeymoon package, I can get a 4D3N for $750 Net w/ $180 Net for additional nights.
Does this seem like a good deal?

Thanks for the helps guys.
I decided to go with the Disini Villas.
They're a little more expensive then the pradha villas, but I've read some great reviews of them on TA. They're also a little further from the beach, but we don't mind a 15 min stroll. I think we'll have a great time.
