Bali cooking class

I'd love to hear about some cooking classes, preferably located in Ubud or Sanur, other than Casa Luna.

Thank you for any feedback and experiences!

While not in either of those locations, the Four Seasons in Jimbaran Bay just built a cooking school. To bad, I had to take a class in the hot, steamy regular kitchen inn 2000. However, for the personal attention I got from the Chef, it was worth it.

When I was in bali I had a wonderful fusion/asian/western meal at the Legian hotel. I believe they have a cooking school, which may hopefully be as good as the food!

I attended an amazing cooking school in Bali at the Bumbu Bali restaurant near Nusa Dua. Heinz and his staff are truly passionate about the food & culture of Bali. Their enthusiasm is remarkable - it was one of the best experiences of my trip. Details can be found on their website:

www.balifoods.com

Even if you decide not to do the cooking school, go to dinner at the restaurant - delicious!
