Baan Orapin
Thinking of a rear wing junior suite. Which wing and type room do you prefer? Is the junior suite a big step up from the superior room? I thought the rear wing would be a little more quiet.

the rear wing is quieter. The junior suite will have more seating area.

Glorialf, we got a junior suite, rear wing. They give a 10% discount for a cash payment.
Any neat things to do and see right outside the hotel? Seems like a short walk into the main tourist area. |
Looks like it is close to shopping the boutiques along the Ping River, and the Wororot Market and Night Bazaar using the footbridge across from Wat Gate.

There are some wonderful jobs near the hotel for upscale items and you can walk to the markets and many other things. I love the location. When are you going to be there?

Had a wonderful stay here. Rear units are quiet and very lovely with a garden setting. Nice breakfast. Owner was very helpful and arranged several tours and drivers for us. Easy walk into the city with several popular restaurants nearby. A real find in my book.

Degas, when were you there? I just got back Dec 16 from 7 nights at baan Orapin and was in one of the back junior suites--bottom floor..
Had a great time... |
