I just came across the Davis ,

It looks traditional but modern inside judging by the photos. The front looks a bit too western but see what you and others may think.

I know of the Davis, but haven't stayed at it, but have heard good things about it...however, I think the location is way down at Sukhumvit around Soi 21 or 23...which is a bit away from things. If you want to stay in town, then I'd suggest closer in the Siam area...around Chitlom or Siam...skytrain area. Happy Travels!
