Asia Air--Help
 
Can't pay for my air fare from Bangkok to Hong Kong because they want me to sign in to SCB..Don't have a sign-in.. Don't know what it is!!!

A while back I too had trouble paying for some Air Asia tickets online. Don't know what SCB is but I just called them. Worked fine.

SCB = Siam Commercial Bank and that is only if you have an account with SCB and you want to do a direct debit.

Just choose the credit card option on the payment screen and fill in your credit card details.

the other thing that makes purchases go easier with them is to use internet explorer instead of your regular browser or servicer

Once you're in the payment part of your booking and where the "SCB" tab or button is located look to the left of that and it will say something like "Credit Cards/Debit Cards, bank and "SCB". Put the mouse to where it say credit cards/debit cards and click.
