Apsara show in Siem Reap?

We will be in Siem Reap in Feb 2024, and we'd like to see an Apsara show. I think most of them are combined with dinner, which would be fine. The ones that I see with good reviews are the ones at Raffles, Hyatt and Angkor Village Hotel. Any recommendation for or against any of them? Or maybe another one that's not even on our radar? Thank you.

Hi, xyz,
From what I see, the "real deal" are the Sacred Dancers of Angkor; while it's not inexpensive, it seems like this is the one said to be the "authentic": https://divine-sala-sacred-dancers-o....business.site

If you want a dinner-dance show, the one at Raffles seems to be the most highly regarded.

I managed to avoid the Apsara dance shows every time we have visited (just not my thing ;)) . Different but in a similar vein, one thing I did enjoy was a visit to the circus https://pharecircus.org

Thank you. I understand the 2 performances, circus and apsara, are different, so we are thinking about seeing them both. Do you have a recommendation for a circus venue?

sorry xyz99, It was a long time ago and I cant recall where the venue was. Even if I could I doubt it would be in the same place now SR has grown exponentially over the years!

https://pharecircus.org I don't think there are any others in town.

I had some friends with me a few years back, and they really wanted to do an apsara dance dinner show. We went to the one called Koulen Restaurant across from the recently departed Lucky Mall. It was authentic dance, the buffet food was actually pretty good, and they had western style tables & chairs (as opposed to cushions on the floor, if that matters to you). It was a fun evening but we left halfway through, as it was quite long.
