anyone just returned from phuket?
 

we are leaving perth for phuket on sept 15th, and have been only in october,april & may previously. have been checking the internet religiously for weather and there have been thunderstorms reported nearly every day, we know its the wet season but is it really that bad at the moment.

I returned from Thailand last week. I stayed three days in Phuket, the first day we got rain for two hours in the afternoon but we could enjoy two dry days (not really sunny). <BR> <BR>Good luck!

I was there about 3 weeks ago for 5 days. I too checked the weather before I went and it told me there were thunderstorms day and night. In fact it was sunny every day and rained (thunderstorms) late at night/early morning. <BR> <BR>
