anyone heard or know anything about new Sheraton in Krabi?
 

My wife and I would like to visit Krabi and looking for info about the new SHeraton.<BR>Do you know if the hotel is located on the nice clean swimmable beach or not? Any kind of info would be great. Thanks.

I am considering the same hotel, but according to the starwood website (www.spg.com) this hotel is not going to open until February and not all facilities will be available right away. When are you planning to go?

Not near the best beaches.

I'd like to know about this hotel as well, it's brand new, just opened, there are some cheap packages going there, thinking of going there in Oct. Any first hand report will be much appreciated.

It has only just opened, I think last weekend. I would really give it time to settle down. Not just building but staff also take a time to settle in to a place. I have also heard the location is not that brilliant.<BR>I would go for a more established tried and tested hotel.
