Anyone been to Vietnam in October?
 

Am considering going on a two-week tour of Vietnam from Hanoi to Ho Chi Mihn in late October - the tail end of Monsoon season. Anyone been that time of year and have any votes as to whether or not to go at this time of year<BR>

WENT LAST YEAR OCT 5-20. BEGAN IN SGN TRAVELLED TO HAN. ONLY ONE DAY OF RAIN IN 2 WK TRIP. WARM IN SOUTH..AS ALWAYS. RETURNING THIS YEAR OCT 10. HAVE A GREAT TRIP!

went to Vietnam at the tail end of Sept. into early October in 2000. Not much as far as rain but it was HOT, HOT , HOT and humid ( I've been to East Africa and Egypt and this was much worse). If you are ok with humidity, I don't think the rain should be much of a problem.

I'm going to VN/Thai/Cam on Oct 28 for 19 days. How should it be then?<BR>Judy

I am also planning to Hanoi/Cam end of Oct, but can';t find any flights direct from Siem reap/Phnon Pehn to Hanoi. Can someone pls advise?
