Amarvilas - view of Taj obstructed by smog?
Hi all,
I've been reading that the view of the Taj Mahal from Amarvilas is often obstructed by smog. Does anyone know how bad the smog would be in late March? I've heard that time of year can make a difference but don't know anymore than that.
Thanks for your thoughts.

I was staying there in early April this year, and smog was not an issue. The view was wonderful. Amarvilas, incidentally, is like heaven on a stick. Sublimely wonderful...understated and elegant. The views from the balconies are to die for.

The balcony is a must! And to do justice to the Taj, you really need 2 nights...one so you can see it at dusk from the river...and the other so you can see it at dawn...Trying to squeeze it into one night is not possible if you want great photos...
