Am I missing something
 

I will be arriving in Thailand next week for 16 days (Bangkok,Chaing Rai,Phuket). I have my hotels, internal air, travel books, comfortable clothing, insect spray, and positive attitude.

Is there anything I might need for my trip?

Did you make copies of your important papers, i.e passport, tickets, etc. in case of loss or theft?

almost anything you might want or need is available in thailand...drugs, film, bottled water, clothing, etc, etc and usually cheaper....

please post what you did in chiang rai after your return....i will be there in june and have no plans as yet...thanks

along with the posative attitude bring some street smarts..

maybe osme motion sickness pills and diareah medacine. just in case

something thats not really mentioned but is usefull is actually eating some spicey food before you leave too get your stomech ready for your papaya salads and the like.. that is if your planning too eat spicey thai food.,,,

I like to buy the travel size rolls of toilet paper. They have certainly come in handy for me in BKK. Store and shopping center restrooms do NOT always supply it. You pay 1baht to get some, but if you didn't notice the dispensing machine before entering the stall, a lot of good that does you! I bring along the travel rolls just to be on the safe side!
