Airport "Hub" in Malaysia/Vietnam area?
Hello. I want to fly into the Bangkok/Malaysia area and then use local planes to get around to Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City, and Bali (maybe KL?) Could you please suggest which would be the best city/airport to arrive at? Any ideas of the cheapest order in which to take the flights? I wil be going to or coming from India.

Bangkok or KL - Check out www.airasia.com for cheap flights.
