Airfare Website
A few months ago I was doing some airfare research and I think I found a reference to a web site on this board that I found really useful. But, of course I did not mark the site and can now not find it at all. The site had a list of airline "specials" and a tab to go into their international search engine. This would then come up with some prices and links to where they came from. It is a long shot but since I am sure I came across the link on this board I was hoping people could throw out some suggestions and maybe I will find it again. (and this time I will definately bookmark it!!) Keep thinking the name will come back to me in the middle of the night!

Mobissimo?

good site...thanks...it seems to play heavily on American Airlines even when looking at foreign traval, i.e. del-bkk

Hi jules, are you thinking of the website "sidesteps"??
|
It does sound like sidestep.com when there software is beside another search engine like travelocity. It doesn't have tabes, though, but opens in a frame beside the main IE window that has travelocity, or whatever.
Possibly you mean the Dream Trips option on travelocity. |
Thanks everyone but it was none of these sites! Teach me not to bookmark it!!

www.kayak.com ? The engine underlying this and many other sites is
http://matrix.itasoftware.com and it's generally the best. |
www.chanbrothers.com? its a singaporean website and most of the specials fly from singapore
|
Thank you again. These sites have given me a lot to play with!
Thanks again J |
I tried Kayak.com and can come up with a good airfare for about $840 round trip from HNL to BKK on China Airline but it sends me to a website Airfare.com. This is for late Dec. 06.
Airfare.com for this flight is non-refundable. And of course, addl charge if change in dates. Has anyone used airfare.com before with good results? Thanks! |
