I booked with Genietravel.com from Chicago to Bangkok, round trip, for under $800, the Chicago to LAX portion is on American, LAX to BKK on Asiana with a stopover in Seoul. I found Genie Travel to be very efficient and friendly, too. I already have my preferred seat assignments and frequent flyer number entered in the airline record.
