Airfare deals

Just want to mention that I am getting some fantastic airfares through Seatours in Bangkok. I am using Eddie and his email is [email protected]
Bob and James rave about his deals and you can add me to the list. Got me 1/3 of the published fares for BKK-SIN and 1/2 for BKK-SGN. Also should mention that he emails very promptly, communicates well and comes across as a very kind and gentle person.
Try him

Hi mystic-I would have loved to book my 4 trips over the past 2 years (ex BKK to Vietnam, Turkey, to India and now Sri Lanka & India) via Seatours however when I emailed them I did not receive a reply. They sound great as they are Amex agents and charge no credit card commission however they need to reply to emails!

lyndie---the only problems i have had with them are during thai holidays, of which there are many....did you resend your mail to them and did you use a direct address to an individual like eddie??

Lyndie Apr 27th, 2005 08:45 PM

Bob-I emailed them off their website link, I believe.

I did not resend my email as I received a prompt answer from olavi in BKK and booked through them, last year. Also re my trip to India & Sri Lanka in Dec 2005, saveflights responded to my email within 12 hours which is as one would expect. Thailand is 5 hours behind us I believe and whenever I email olavi or saveflights I get an answer promptly.

We needed to coordinate, air, rail, accom, domestic air etc. for Vietnam so the international sector was the one we wanted prompt info on. Maybe I'll try Eddi next trip. I like the no credit card charge!

Lyndie - correction of the address its
[email protected]
I am sorry to hear they didn't reply to you . Try Eddie next time - he answered my emails very promptly and even sent me an email to let me know the holidays were here and it would take an extra day. After I booked my first tickets he emailed me back to say he found a better price. He is using Thai Air and Cathay Pacific for my flights. He couldn't help me with hotels but for flights he is fantastic

thanks to the rave from fellow fodorites, I just contacted Eddie at sea tours and he responded back to my request the next day.

BKK to Saigon 6000 Bht is pretty reasonable I thought.

eekthecat.. 6000 is basicaly the price you'll get from any consolidator anywhere.. but the fact that sea tours deals with AMEX makes it a good buy..
