I believe you'll have to backtrack to do it. Bangkok Air has a monopoly on flights from Bangkok to Siem Reap. I don't believe there are any flights from CM to SR. Bangkok Air also flies from Bangkok to Luang Prabang. I have heard a rumor that there is now a Lao Aviation flight from CM to LP. I also don't know of any flights between Siem Reap and Luang Prabang. Your best bet may be a discovery pass on Bangkok Air, and just accept that you'll have to backtrack trhough Bangkok.

There is a Lao Air flight between Chiangmai and Luang Prabang, we took it a few weeks ago.
Whilst we were at LP airport a plane took off for Siam Reap, I think it was a Bangkok Air flight. So it looks as though you could fly CM - LP - SR - BKK.

If you do this routing don't forget to get Bangkok Air's Discover Asia Pass. To qualify you must take 3+ flights on Bangkok Air. Domestic legs are $50@. International ones are $80@. You can't get the pass on their website. You can get it by contacting them via email: [email protected]
