There are no non-stop flights from CNX to SGN. You'll have to change planes in Bangkok.
What kind of "best" are you looking for? Best (lowest) price? Best service? Best connection times?

Bangkok Air, Thai Air, Air Asia, VN Air are all reliable. But since you'll have to change planes in Bangkok, Air Asia is more of a hassle than the others. You's have to pick up your luggage, go to the check-in counter and check your luggage back in to fly onward to HCMC. The other airlines - all full service, will check your luggage all the way through to your final destination. If it were me, I'd take Thai.
