Accor buys Raffles (and more)

Just got an announcement this evening from AccorHotels that they will be acquiring the Fairmont, Raffles and Swissotel brand, which includes the Raffles Hotel in Singapore.

Hope they dont mess with Raffles Singapore high tea and Singapore sling, after all, what do the French know about such things? :-P
