A little video from Singapore
During our trip to Singapore last year, we shot this time-lapse video of Marina Bay from our hotel room (the video is only 1 minute, it covers about 3.5 hours).

We used a Sony Handycam video camera https://www.amazon.co.uk/FDR-AXP33BD.../dp/B00REMCYUG or https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/h...ders/fdr-axp33
Nothing expensive or fancy, but we like having a "real" video camera for some things instead of always shooting videos on the iPhone.

Jacketwatch: "This shot and the others are from the terrace off that restaurant on top of MBS."
Great views -- you can even see our hotel (the Mandarin Oriental) from there. We prefer staying in a smaller hotel -- the MO was more intimate than MBS, especially on the Club floors (I think they account for only two or three floors of the whole hotel -- the staff always greeted us by name and it was much more relaxing to eat breakfast in the club lounge than in the busy restaurant on the ground floor). We plan to stay there again on a visit next year, but will opt for a room with ocean rather than bay view.
On my first visit to Singapore in 2013, I had an ocean view room at the MO and I never got tired of looking at it -- this was a dawn shot taken with my old Blackberry.
