I've always found Asiana to be a pretty good airline, just flew then last week and no complaints, they even hand out slippers in economy.
FYI - DMZ is closed at the moment due to an outbreak of Asian swine flu or so they say, supposedly diseased pigs are crossing the border and here I thought it was the most heavily mined border in the world,( just follow the pigs they'll get you through it)

There is an amazing horse racecourse in Dubai. Racing is on Thursdays at 6:30 PM. General admission is free. No wagering. This is a big time racecourse. The Dubai World Cup held there on March 28 this year is the biggest day of horse racing in the world (I wouldn't argue if you claimed it was second to the Breeder's Cup in the USA). Taxi fare is not expensive and there are buses.

There is racing on some Saturdays with an earlier start, but I recommend going on a Thursday, at least through February.

Hmmm. I’ve never been to a horse race in my life and we had a nice track nearby me, Arlington Park which is closed now. That’s a thought!
