6 hours in Hanoi - Must see/do?

I have about 6 hours in Hanoi between a meeting and catching a flight.

Any ideas on must sees or must dos?

I'd visit the Temple of Literature, cross teh street and get refreshments at KOTO, a small restaurant that trains street kids, then shop next door at CraftLink, a fair trade crafts store.

I'd visit Temple of Literature for 1 hour, then take a "xeom" to Hoan Kiem Lake, visit Ngoc Son Temple on the lake, this will take more than 1 hour. Finally take a cyclo tour around the Old Quarter of Hanoi for 1 hour. It is then time to take a taxi to Noibai airport for the flight.

For me the main attractions were the Old Quarter and seeing Uncle Ho resting in peace.
