3 weeks backpacking in Vietnam
Hey there,
my girlfriend and I just spent 3 weeks travelling across Vietnam south to north... it was an awesome experience and I would recommend our itinerary to anyone:
Hanoi - Halong Bay - Tam Coc, Trang An - Hue, imperial tombs - Danang, marble mountain - Hoi An, My Son - Nha Trang, beach - Ho Chi Minh City, Cu Chu tunnels, Can Tho, Mekong delta.
A full trip report with lots of tips and pictures can be found on my blog:

Cheers!

Carmen.
Excellent, thanks for sharing.
You covered a lot of ground in a fairly short time, and have presented it all beautifully.
We had 5 nights in Hue recently, and for almost the duration were stuck in a tropical typhoon. Hence a lot of beer time!
Also had a week in Hoi An, where the weather was perfect. Lovely place, particularly after dusk.
Final night in Saigon at the moment, before the long flight back to UK.
