I don't believe that you can -- and I have looked.
Obviously you can have shirts, slacks, suits, and even jeans made at custom tailors. But I have never found stuff like casual (knit) shirts and sweaters.

you will see lots of things marked XXL but they are like our large...
you can occasionally find a shirt that will fit but you have to try everything on...
think about some custom made shirts from $10-35 each...fantastic...
if you have custom pants made make sure they are comfortable...for us large guys they tend to cut them too tight...

I would have your clothes made if I were you. Even if you find the XXL size, the sleeves of shirts may be too short or the length of the shirts or pants too short. Thai proportions are just different. Happy Travels!

There are two clothing chains for you to look for, found in most shopping malls: "Export Shop" and "XL for Men". They both look the same, with the same format. Basically, these are outlet style shops, but usually qute small and cramped, with stacks of pants and racks of shirts.
They carry a lot of US brands, like Old Navy, Eddie Baur and Izod Athletic. This is real stuff, made in Cambodia for the US market. While they have a lot of 2XL, 3XL and 4XL sizes, selections of colors, etc. can be quite limited. You may have to look in more than one shop if you're picky. MBK Center has two Export Shops and one XL for Men, so you can visit them all.
Best part is prices - shirts are around 120 to 180 Baht. I had a hard time getting close to that bargaining in the Russian Market in Phnom Penh!
The sixth floor of MBK also has a lot of stalls selling very large sizes, but the quality is not very good.

the export shop is excellent actually. The sizes are large and basically they are the "spoilt" pieces of the company i.e. somewhere on the shirt there is a mark or a bad stitching or something or rather that did not pass quality control, which then is deemed not appropriate to be sold, so is sold in the export shops instead, at a cheaper price and in large sizes.
