Here are my suggestions for kids that can thrill adults as well. I can go into greater detail, if you like.

Tokyo - Disney Sea, Namjatown

Yokohama - Cosmo World, Sea Paradise, TaYa Cave, Shin Yokohama Ramen Museum.
