Which FF programs allow families to pool miles?

Are there any programs where families can combine their frequent flyer miles to create one (larger) account?

The only one I know of is British Airways.

Continental is allowing it right now.

Japan Airlines has a great family program that also allows you to use your miles towards American Airlines.

BA allows mileage pooling, but you only earn a fourth of a point per mile flown in coach. It's really not a good deal anymore unless you buy upgraded tickets.

Asiana airlines (member of star alliance) also allows immediate family members to pull miles together for upgrades/purchases.

I called Continental last night and they said no pooling is allowed, nor are you allowed to transfer miles (with or without a fee) from a family memeber. United allows transferring miles from others at 1 cent per mile.
