Where to go for cheap fares TO the US from Europe??

Trying to make it back to the States for a visit and having a hard time finding reasonable prices. Does anyone know any good places to find discount fares from Germany to the US? Thanks.

Try some of the online consolidators - expedia and lastminute.com.

It may be much cheaper to fly to the UK and then fly onwards.

We use E-bookers from Switzerland and have been able to get some good prices, they have a site in Germany also. Lastminute has a german site but expedia and go-today require a US based credit card to book flights.

Get a copy of the Sunday Travel Section of the largest London paper. You should find plenty of bucket shops and brokers offering cheap fares.

Catch a cheap Air Berlin flight to the UK and a discount flight from the UK to the U.S.
OR you could try flying from Brussels (if you're in the Aachen/Koln/Dusseldorf/Essen/Bochum areas, getting to Brussels is pretty easy). Many airlines offer cheaper flights from Brussels than they do from other European cities (as promotional fares, so check often).
BTilke (Brussels)
