WANTED TO BUY UNITED SAVERS AWARDS TICKET

Can anyone help me if this is the normal with United:
flying from LONDON HEATHROW TO SFO
What are my options using United miles.
110,000 miles r/trip
55,000 miles plus $623(includes taxes) r/t

Depending on the time of year, sure it's possible. Without sufficient advance notice, that can be what you'd have to pay. Sometimes even calling them gets you an itinerary not available online for fewer miles. It takes daily checking.

So, what your online found was that there are no saver awards for your dates for flying on UA, CO, LH, or US.

You can try alternate dates and alternate airports (to get you at least part of the way) in your search, but then call United.

Not real familar with UA, but I find that calling often helps. The agents can see things I can't (Like codeshares for example) Just did this for a change on a FCO to ATL ticket.
