Virgin Australia VS OneTravel

I try to purchase 2 open jaw tickets from VA: Melbourne to Cairns, and Cairns to Sydney (MEL/CNS/SYD) in Nov. I went to VA's website,
http://www.virginaustralia.com/au/en...ake-a-booking/

All I see is either One-Way or Return. There is no Multiple-Cities booking. Please point me to the right direction.

I also found flights from OneTravel:

http://www.onetravel.com/Default.asp...014&tt=OPENJAW

Has anyone used OneTravel before? Reliable? I prefer to deal directly with the airline .

I hope someone can help me.

Thanks.

You have misunderstood the definition of what an open jaw ticket is. MEL/CNS/SYD is not open jaw, it is 2 one ways.
Open jaw would be MEL/CNS then return from BNE/SYD for example. You won't find an open for multi destinations on the VA site because for Australian domestic travel they have one way flex fare tickets.

Sorry the example should have been MEL/CNS then BNE/MEL.

Love Virgin Australia-just book each leg separately.

Originally I wanted to buy just one ticket to cover all the destinations instead of two separate tickets. I emailed to VA and here's the reply:

"As you’ve enquired about travel to multiple destinations, our team in the Virgin Australia Guest Contact Centre are best placed to assist you. Our agents are available 24/7 on 13 67 89 and will be able to advise the most suitable trip options based on your needs. I can also advise that reservations with multiple cities will not incur a phone service fee, as these bookings are currently not able to be made online."

Two separate tickets that is!

I rather buy my tickets directly from the airlines instead from any agents. Base on Dutyfree's advice, I rule out Jetstar after reading their baggage fees policy.

Thank you all.
