Using NW AFF Miles on Continental

Am I correct that I need to call a NWA agent to arrange for use of my Worldperks miles on CO flights?

Also, I did not see a way on the CO website to obtain open jaw award seats. Does anyone know if CO allows or does not allow miles to be redeemed for open jaws?

Thanks,
JN

You can get open jaw, just not on the website. Call Worldperks.

Anytime you want to book using your mileage, it's always best to call the airline directly. The website offers very limited options while a live human being has the ability to check numerous routes. And, not only agents know what they are doing. I called NW 3 separate times before an agent booked a route to India for me that the other agents hadn't even checked.

Just as a follow-up: I found ff-eligible flights on Continental, called NWA Worldperks and they booked the flights/deducted my miles in no time, with no hassle. Thanks for the advice.
