United Breaks Guitars

I hadn't heard of Dave Carroll or the Sons of Maxwell before, but they're pretty good:

And United, as most people know, can be pretty bad when they get into one of their "it's not my fault/job/concern" mode.

That's pretty funny! Thanks for sharing. My first reaction, at least it was just a Taylor :p

Seriously though, the only time I've checked anything that was obviously fragile I had to sign a waiver absolving the airline of all responsibility (and yes it did arrive in smitherines but I was able to get reimbursement from my credit card). I've shipped guitars and bought a seat for one but never been brave enough to check one!

Not a fan of country. Can UA please break the guitar of a rock band, please?

If United was smart, they would give him a generous settlement AND a job offer with them, promoting United Airlines.

I think United is talking to him about using his video for training purposes. He is also getting calls from Oprah etc. He does have a nice voice even if it is country music.
