Unaccompanied minor
So my sisterbought our daughters ticket. She is traveling from Okc to Fayetteville today. Now my sister is military 20 yrs and travels frequently.Delta said they waived the assistant fee for our daughter for that reason but when we got there we were charged. They couldn't find it in the computer. Now because they couldn't find it but she was told that.Is there anything we can do because that would mean when we purchase her ticket coming back. ...we have to worry about her not having a assistant.

If you want a good answer, you have to write a question we can understand. Proofread and try again. Your post is confusing.

How about this NewbE
Sherry's sister bought her (Sherry's daughter's) ticket. She (Sherry's daughter) is traveling from OKC to Fayetteville today. Sherry's sister has been in the military for 20 years and travels frequently. For that reason, Delta told the sister they waived the unaccompanied minor assistant fee for the daughter. When the got there (to the airport this morning) Delta had no record of waiving the fee and Sherry was charged the unaccompanied minor assistant fee. Next sentence is he said/she said, and not relevant to the story. They are worried that when they check-in on the return flight there would not be unaccompanied minor assistance. Is there anything they (Sherry) can do now to get the fee waived for the return flight & ensure there is assistance provided? |
That makes a lot more sense, J62, but it's sad that you cared more about making the story intelligible than the OP did.

If I’m following this, the unaccompanied minor’s ticket was purchased by someone other her parents. So, would the fee even be waived at all? Did the person at Delta have any authority to waive the fee? Maybe not, and there could have been the source of the misunderstanding.
