UA Mileage FF Changes

I just read the email they sent earlier. They did not divulge much, so it's probably bad news for FF.

Yep, I was just saying we need to spend our miles as it seemed like time for a devaluation.

Maybe it is a good thing I just used most of my UA miles miles to book Maui and Oahu for April 2018 (as soon as it opened UA used to be probably the "best" for getting award flights. It seems that has been slipping with high jumps and little availability getting sneaked in. Now this ????

Good for you. I'm trying to figure out where we want to go. I was reading about the change and it noted that Delta and America did a devaluation recently and UA hadn't done one for 4 years. It didn't seem that long ago to me when they made the last changes. Oh well!
